But for some reason though, I couldn't get a response from them and I found out later that other people have experienced this lack of response from them too. I then asked this emulator about how secure and protected their product is on facebook. But, due to my experiences with the other swg emu websites, I did not dare go on Bellum's site. It too seemed to look good(based on youtube videos and youtubers). Later on, I heard about a relatively new emulator called Stella Bellum. Some sources say SWGEMU has viruses, SWGEMU says SWG Legends(another SWG emu) has viruses, etc. After that, I continued on by doing some virus background checks on swg emus. Again, I contacted Project swg on facebook about this, and for some reason they/the person who I was talking to had never experienced or heard of this problem before. This happened to me with Chrome and Firefox on 2 different devices. In addition, sometimes when I went on, the browser referred the site as potentially dangerous and suggested that I turn away from it. Long story short, both couldn't really give me a solid answer. So, I then tried to contact both emulators via facebook to see why they use it and how protective it is. After that, I asked a local computer expert if he had ever heard of Mantis and he answer "No".
I checked out the Mantis website, but It didn't seem to help.

I have never heard of this software before and it reminds me of a software that I downloaded a while ago that gave my pc many viruses. As I recall, both emulators use something called Mantis Protection.
However, as I looked more into the first two emulators, I became concerned with their virus protection programs. These emulators include SWGEMU, Projectswg, and SWG Stella Bellum. Greetings all ye Steamers, how are ya? I have been doing MUCH research on swg emus, and I found a few that seemed to look good based on youtube videos, facebook pages, and somewhat from their own websites.
